WHAT to EXPECT from coaching
Achieve your goals with a tailored programme to suit you
- We start with a discovery call and agree how we are going to work together.
- The first session builds on this, going deeper into what you want to get out of coaching. Then, you will have a clear actionable plan with a time frame including dates for follow-on sessions, support with your goals and feedback on your progress.
- The next session builds on the previous where we review your progress , what has worked well and what else you may need support with.
- How many coaching sessions we have is dependent on your goals. A minimum of 6 hours across 3 months gives you a medium level of support from me to understand your strengths, the areas you want to improve in and time to work towards your goals, however you may wish to have them more frequently.
- In between sessions, there will be things you want to practice or try out ahead of our next rendezvous. I'll be on hand for mini check-ins too via Whatsapp for a speedier reply.
- The possibilities are limitless, let’s chat.
