Liz is an incredibly kind and approachable person from the moment you meet her. I’ve been lucky to experience mentorship from Liz through Bloom in 2024, and her support has helped me realise my strengths through some really big career and life changes. I’ve been lucky enough to be coached and mentored Liz over the years. She asks pertinent questions and really gets under the skin of challenges I’m facing to help me move forward. She sees things when others don’t seem to, including when I’ve been struggling and putting a brave face on. Liz’s approach is thoughtful, practical and empowering - she tailors her coaching to each learner’s unique needs and challenges, helping them build confidence and uncover what is holding them back right now, often not what they came to the session about at all. The feedback from our learners has been overwhelmingly positive, and many have seen immediate improvements in their approach after working with Liz.

I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with and getting to know Liz through the Marketing Leaders Programme (MLP) 2024. Her character and warmth were welcomed by everyone in the group.  She really put her all into the Future, Engage, Deliver leadership philosophy and the programme itself. Her leadership speaks volumes. She had a listening ear for her peers in the group. It was wonderful to see all the connections she made as well as getting closer to her purpose, understanding her values and growing professionally. 

Since knowing Liz, I’ve been impressed with her dedication and commitment to the marketing community and her own development. 

It’s been wonderful to see her growth and passion for the industry; from freely giving her time to coaching her peers in the programme, and her team at work, as well as being a Bloom UK mentor nurturing future talent. She is intuitive and inquisitive in others and the world around her and a very active person in sharing views and thoughts on all things marketing.

Working under Liz, I experienced first hand how she always put her team first, fostering an environment of collaboration and trust.
