I am an intuitive leadership coach, passionate about helping ambitious leaders, professionals and founders find clarity, confidence and purpose through 1:1 coaching, team and group coaching, mentoring and group facilitation.
With a background in senior marketing leadership roles across major UK brands, I blend real-world commercial and leadership insight and experience, with deep empathy and a calm, energising presence.
I participated in The Marketing Society Leader's Programme in 2024 which set me on an additional path to my marketing leadership roles and I am now a qualified Executive and Leadership Coach having trained at Henley Business School. My approach is practical, pragmatic, personal, and rooted in proven coaching methodologies.
Through my work at The Leopard Room, I aim to create a safe and empowering space for ambitious individuals and teams, leaders and founders to explore bold thinking, create time for meaningful reflection, challenge limiting beliefs, and move forward towards their goals.
